**D-blog Day was started on November 9th 2005 during Diabetes Awareness Month, by Gina Capone to help unite diabetes bloggers and create awareness about diabetes.
If you have a blog and would like to participate in D-blog day it is this Sunday, November 9th. Make a post and call it D-Blog Day, Happy D-Blog Day or anything with D-Blog day in the name of it.
To show your support for this 4th Annual D-Blog Day send your blogging friends a Happy D-Blog Day comment. Usually, people will write a poem or haiku of inspiration, shout out a new blogger, write their diagnosis story or if they lurk diabetes blogs, they will delurk.
**Once you do your D-Day blog comment back here so we know you are joining in this fun event! I will make a post of all participants here randomly during the day on Sunday.**

Every year we make a new logo to post up on your blog. So please post this logo up on your site for D-blog day. Just right click it and copy the image location. You can use either size.

I most definitely will be participating. I enjoyed designing the logo and am fortunate enough to be the featured blogger on the Diabetes OC, so I will have a post up there and will likely have one up on my own blog as well.

Just wanted to give an update. We put D-blog day into our downloadable Diabetes Awareness Step Tips calendar, including a hyperlink and it’s been downloaded 500 times already.
